You are designing a building, you know who they are, how many men or women. When you are designing the building, should you have the number of bathrooms that best server the gender makeup or would you do anything else? And WHY?
Are you trying to achieve what is best for business or trying to achieve parallel social aims? -
What is our product and what is not our product?
These questions filter for depth vs performance. Anyone can give a polished "tell me about yourself." Fewer can answer "what's the thing very few agree on with you but it's true?" without rehearsed lines. The bathroom question in particular — it splits utilitarians from ideologues in 30 seconds. Use this filter when hiring, when picking partners, when deciding who's worth more of your time.
